Earn credit when you return your usable packaging materials to Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. (“WFSI”). Use the form below to tell us how many liner pallets, cover racks, 5-pack crates and other materials you have on hand. Complete the form by entering the quantity of each item being returned and press the Submit button. Your request will be received by WFSI Logistics Manager, Mark Schildt (708-681-7066).
If you would like Mark to arrange a pick-up of your returns, either independently or with some surrounding Licensees, please indicate below.
On a shared truck you will pay for your apportioned percentage of the full load cost. Mark will determine the most cost-effective route; and you will receive a return email indicating the pickup date, trailer space allocated to you based upon your list of returns, and an estimated freight charge.
If you choose to return your packaging materials on your own to Broadview or Charlotte, then complete the form and indicate the warehouse that will be receiving the materials.
